Catering order was great! Ordered 3 trays of food and quality was great and on par with ordering individually. Food was also ready at the promised time and packed very nicely. Thank you and we will be back for the banh mi!

My barber recommends me this place Good taste to me, I like the grilled stuffs The banh-mi is crunchy but not too hard, the drink is slightly sưeet, I prefer this than milktea Overall 9/10 because my name is Liam not Lyam !

I tried this tea place for the first time. The gentleman at the register assisted me with recommendations as there was so much to choose from! I am sure he could see it on my face. I tried the Strawberry, Watermelon, Passion Fruit, and Hazelnut smoothie. They were all very tasty! Will come back for sure. I did not try it this visit but the popcorn chicken looked very good!

Best BBQ Pork Banh Mi and Pork in town. Friendly staffs, good atmosphere, and great food. Highly recommended to all the foodies.

Yummy bubble tea. Fast service , good people, nice choice of drinks and snacks. I tried there taro and tiger tea. They are delicious. I like there curb service. There is no need to wait in the store. We can wait in the car and they will serve you there. Easy to spot and no parking issues. Good place to visit if u love and would like to try bubble tea.

I discovered this place while searching for a quick breakfast nearby. The banh mi was excellent during both visits, but the boba tea didn't meet my expectations. The first time was fantastic, but the second time was quite different--more sugar and milk, overshadowing the tea flavor. The two servers were consistently sincere and helpful. It's a small, quiet, and cozy spot, perfect for spending time with a small group of friends for chat or study. The service is fast, and there's no wait line. I highly recommend trying banh mi.

I looooove their banh mi's! I've tried their combination special, grilled bbq pork and Korean bbq beef bulgogi on different occasions and they all have been really good! I highly recommend this place. I will be back to try other items on their menu.

First time coming here! I got a tofu/mushroom vegetarian ban mi and 50% sugar taro milk tea I enjoyed the crispiness of ban mi bread and the nice combination of tofu and mushroom! I liked the taro milk tea here as well! Sweetness was perfect to me! Also, you can study and chill at this place so it's a nice cozy place! One thing I recognized was that the water at the bathroom is really hot regardless of cold water I turned, so just be aware of it ;) Other than that I enjoyed the visit and a bit of chilling time! Will be back again! Cheers
